BEYOND is a mixed-use project with four sculptural towers ranging in height from 11 to 20 stories and 563 flats. The towers will be built around a 5,000-square-foot retail district centered on Woolworths, 1,000-square-foot specialized shops, cafés and restaurants, and a lobby bar and lounge. The 3,500sqm elevated podium with indoor and outdoor areas will be a prominent community feature.

BEYOND conjures a sense of inspired living, offering a range of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences steeped in multi-layered garden surrounds and blurring the barriers between nature and architecture, apartments and facilities.
